Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Teamcenter PLM Functional Lead with strong Semiconductor industry experience to lead PLM transformation and implementation programs. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in semiconductor product development processes and hands-on experience with PLM platforms specifically Teamcenter.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business process consulting and PLM solution definition.
Drive requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution workshops.
Support Engineering Change, BOM, NPI/NPD, and Product Development processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams.
Provide leadership during implementation, testing, and deployment phases.
Required Skills:
Deep understanding of Semiconductor product lifecycle processes.
Strong PLM functional consulting and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading global PLM transformation initiatives.
Excellent communication and customer-facing capabilities.
Preferred:
Experience with Fabless, IDM, Foundry, or OSAT organisations.
Exposure to CAD, ERP, and MES integrations.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
