5) Stakeholder Management, Customer Workshops & Team Leadership
6) Proper demonstrated understanding of Integration/connection between Performance and Compensation Modules
7) Key abilities: Lead Solution Design Workshops
Drive SIT, UAT and Defect Closure
Conduct Customer Demos and Trainings
Plan Cutover and Hypercare Activities
Mentor Team Members and Manage Stakeholders
