Job Summary

Mandatory Skills & Experience10–20 years of overall IT/ERP/Data & Analytics experience, with strong Workday experience.Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Prism Analytics.Strong experience with Prism data ingestion, datasets, derived datasets, data transformation, and publishing.Strong expertise in Workday Reporting and Analytics, including custom reports and dashboards.Strong understanding of Workday HCM and/or Financial Management data models and business processes.Experience combining Workday and external data sources for analytics and reporting.Strong understanding of data modeling, data transformation, data quality, and data reconciliation.Good understanding of Workday security as it relates to reporting and analytics.Experience designing enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to lead solution design discussions and guide technical teams.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
