Job Summary

Project Description

Provide data platform support for Shell’s ongoing programs, with a focus on delivering scalable Data & AI products and solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and value realization for Data & AI products.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities across AI, Generative AI (GenAI), Analytics, and Automation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business teams, translating business challenges into scalable, AI-driven solutions.
  • Drive product discovery, business-case development, value estimation, and prioritization.
  • Lead AI use cases involving Copilot, AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Knowledge Assistants, Intelligent Automation, Predictive Analytics, and GenAI solutions.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers, AI Engineers, Architects, and business teams to deliver products aligned with business objectives.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product releases.
  • Define and track KPIs, adoption metrics, and product value realization.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Data & AI product ownership, product management, consulting, data analytics, or digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and enterprise data platforms.
  • Experience translating business requirements into scalable Data & AI solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, consulting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage product roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, releases, and measurable business outcomes.

Other Requirements

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Consulting, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation.
  • Experience as a Data Product Owner, AI Product Owner, Product Manager, or Management Consultant.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI ecosystems and technologies such as:
    • Microsoft Copilot
    • Azure AI Foundry
    • GitHub Copilot
    • Claude
    • Databricks Mosaic AI
    • MLflow
    • AI Agents and Knowledge Assistants
  • Strong knowledge of Data Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Analytics, and modern cloud data platforms.
  • Ability to develop product strategies, business cases, investment proposals, and executive-level presentations.
