Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain NX Custom Tools to meet business requirements.
• Develop and enhance NX solutions using NXOpen and UFUNC APIs.
• Lead and manage a team of developers by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Track team activities, provide technical guidance, mentor team members, and support issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
• Manage deployment, release, and maintenance activities for NX custom applications.
• Perform source code upgrades and migrations of NX custom tools to higher NX versions.
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources and proactively identify and mitigate project risks.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Siemens NX development and customization.
• Strong understanding of NX CAD functionalities and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with NXOpen and UFUNC APIs.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET programming.
• Solid understanding of modern .NET technologies and frameworks.
• Proven experience with NX Menu and Ribbon Bar customization.
• Strong experience working with Teamcenter as the PLM platform for NX.
• 8+ years of experience in user interface development using Microsoft WinForms and NX Block Styler.
• Experience working with source control and code repository tools such as Git and SVN.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Teamcenter SOA customization.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Check-Mate integration and development of custom checks.
• Good knowledge of the NX Electrical Routing module.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience writing queries to retrieve and analyze data from relational database tables.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, including consuming, integrating, and troubleshooting REST-based services within enterprise applications.
• Experience working with JIRA for issue tracking and project management.
• Strong experience in code review, deployment, and release management of NX custom applications.
• Proven experience in upgrading and migrating NX custom tool source code to newer NX versions.
