Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integrations with enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions while ensuring scalability, security, performance, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Salesforce Architects are responsible for designing and governing complex, integrated Salesforce solutions and ensuring they remain scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and design.Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution roadmaps.Design scalable solutions using Salesforce platform capabilities, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs.Define data models, security architecture, integration patterns, and governance frameworks.Architect integrations with ERP, SAP, middleware, data warehouses, and third-party applications.Provide design reviews, technical guidance, and mentorship to development teams.Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and DevOps processes.Manage technical risks, performance optimization, and solution scalability.Drive enterprise-wide CRM transformation initiatives.Collaborate with functional consultants, administrators, developers, and project managers throughout the delivery lifecycle. Salesforce Architects translate business requirements into technology designs and lead technical delivery while ensuring quality, scalability, and performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
  • Experience leading globally distributed teams.
