Senior Telecom Network Tester

Job Summary

Test Engineer with Networking experience. Networking (L3) Protocol testing with domain Knowledge and Hands on experience.

We seek an experienced in executing Manual testing in IOS-XR platforms.  Ensuring the work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions.

Work is to ensure that recreation of customer issues in local setup  and validate fix and debug if failures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reproducing the issues and verification of fix and  Executing the manual or automated testcases on IOS XR, Analysing the failures, work with corresponding team and file the bugs .
  • Work closely with Dev team to closure of the defects.

Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Networking (L2/L3) Protocol testing.
  • Strong knowledge of Networking (L2/L3) Protocol testing
  • Handon experience and in depth knowledge on Networking protocols L3vpn, MPLS, BGP, OSPF,L2vpn, ISIS.
  • Handson experience in TGEN(Ixia, Spirent).

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Preferred skills and qualifications
  • Certification in CCNA is preferred .
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
