Senior Test Lead - 5G/4G LTE/3G and Python

Job Summary

The Senior Test Lead is pivotal in ensuring the quality and performance of 5G/4G LTE/3G systems through the development of comprehensive test plans. This role involves close collaboration with project stakeholders to define testing scope and objectives, ensuring that products meet both functional and performance standards. By leveraging advanced testing methodologies and automation tools, the Senior Test Lead significantly contributes to the overall success of the project.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate With Project Stakeholders To Develop Comprehensive Test Plans Using Python, Aligning Testing Scope And Objectives With Project Requirements And Ensuring Quality Deliverables.
2. Participate In Functional And Technical Discussions To Analyze Design Specifications And Identify Performance Issues, Ensuring That Appropriate Test Environments Are Maintained And Up To Date.
3. Identify Opportunities For Process Improvement In Testing Methodologies And Tools, Implementing Best Practices In Python Automation To Enhance Efficiency And Effectiveness In Testing Processes.
4. Oversee The Creation And Execution Of Automated Test Scripts Using Python And Relevant Frameworks, Ensuring Consistency With Quality Standards And Minimizing Exposure To Defects.
5. Develop And Mentor Qa Engineers In The Use Of The Testing Framework And Python, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Improving Overall Team Productivity.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Python Programming For Test Automation.
2. In-Depth Knowledge Of 5G/4G Lte/3G Testing Methodologies And Frameworks.
3. Solid Experience In Developing Test Plans And Executing Automated Test Scripts.
4. Familiarity With Performance Testing And The Ability To Analyze Performance Metrics.
5. Basic Knowledge Of Ci/Cd Pipelines And Version Control Systems.

Other Requirements

1. Certification In Software Testing (E.G., Istqb Certified Tester) Is Optional But Valuable.
2. Certification In Python Programming (E.G., Pcep Or Pcap) Is Optional But Valuable.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
