Senior Test Lead Android Platform
Job Summary
The Senior Test Lead will be responsible for leading the test planning, android, and software testing activities within the organization. This role will involve coordinating with cross functional teams to ensure the quality and efficiency of testing processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Create test plans, test cases, and test strategies for android and software testing projects.
2. Lead and mentor a team of testing professionals to ensure timely delivery of high-quality test results.
3. Conduct test execution, defect tracking, and reporting to stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
5. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the testing processes.
6. Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall testing efficiency.
7. Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
