Senior Test Lead Automotive HiL Testing

Job Summary

    • Design verification methods, writing in CarWeaver based on the DTC specification.
    • Test script development and automated execution in HIL, HIL with remote access.
    • Automation regression test execution in HIL, report test results and create fault reports in VIRA.
    • Fault report verification.
    • Adaptation of test scripts based on latest Software/HIL model changes.
    • Maintaining test scripts based on different platform projects.
    • Continuous improvements in test scripts related to test case evaluation, execution timing, etc.

Key Responsibilities

    • Design verification methods, writing in CarWeaver based on the DTC specification.
    • Test script development and automated execution in HIL, HIL with remote access.
    • Automation regression test execution in HIL, report test results and create fault reports in VIRA.
    • Fault report verification.
    • Adaptation of test scripts based on latest Software/HIL model changes.
    • Maintaining test scripts based on different platform projects.
    • Continuous improvements in test scripts related to test case evaluation, execution timing, etc.

Skill Requirements

  • Keep CarWeaver up to date with latest verdicts for each test case.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain automated test cases for component-level testing.
  • Execute and monitor automated test cases in accordance with defined test plans.
  • Analyze test results, identify deviations, and report findings in a structured manner.
  • Ensure traceability, coverage, and scalability of automated test suites.
  • Perform regression testing and continuously improve test automation frameworks.
  • Create automated test cases based on identified issues and fault reports.
  • Perform automated acceptance test of newly generated SW for:
      • Engineering drops
      • Official software deliveries to vehicle programs
