Senior Test Lead Automotive HiL Testing

Job Summary

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Test Plan Development: Design test protocols, Durability Validation Plans (DVPs), and schedules for whole vehicles, chassis & powertrains
  • Proving Grounds: Conduct vehicle level durability tests on test tracks, proving grounds (exposure on various tests tracks and test events)
  • Data Logger : expertise in handle the multiple channel data loggers such as Intrepid, iMC & etc VECTOR/CANoe tools
  • Diagnostic tools : able to handle diagnostic tools such as VECTOR/CANoe, ETAS diagnostic tools, DTC Error diagnostic

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Industry experience : 6 to 10 years of durability testing experience with Automotive OEM and Proving Grounds
  • Background : Strong understanding of automotive multi-material structures, and electrified vehicle architectures (EV powertrains and batteries)
  • Interpersonal skills: Cross cultural experience, good communicator, Agile, proven track record of successfully handled EV durability test programs
