Job Summary

The Senior Test Lead in Design Validation plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and performance of products through effective test planning and execution. This position involves collaborating with project stakeholders to develop comprehensive test plans that align with project objectives, while actively participating in discussions to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement in testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engage In Technical Discussions With Clients And Team Members To Analyze Functional And Design Specifications, Addressing Performance Concerns And Ensuring That Appropriate Test Environments And Infrastructures Are Maintained.
2. Identify And Implement Opportunities For Process Improvement In Testing Methodologies And Tools, Establishing Best Practices That Enhance The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of The Testing Process.
3. Oversee The Creation And Execution Of Automated Test Scripts Using Tools Such As Selenium And Junit, Ensuring Consistency And Alignment With Quality Standards To Minimize Defects.
4. Develop And Mentor Qa Engineers In Utilizing The Testing Framework, Fostering Their Technical Capabilities And Driving Productivity Enhancements Within The Team.

Skill Requirements

1. Advanced Proficiency In Design Validation And Testing Methodologies.
2. Strong Understanding Of Automated Testing Tools Such As Selenium, Junit, Or Equivalent.
3. In-Depth Knowledge Of Software Development Life Cycle (Sdlc) And Test Management Processes.
4. Familiarity With Performance Testing Tools And Practices To Identify Bottlenecks In Applications.

Other Requirements

1. Istqb Certified Tester (Foundational Level) Is Optional But Valuable.
2. Certification In Agile Testing (E.G., Certified Agile Tester) Is Advantageous.
