Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign & Journey Testing: Perform end-to-end testing of customer journeys, email campaigns, SMS, and push notifications to ensure they behave as expected.
- Data Validation & Segmentation: Verify audience segmentation, data mapping, and integrity within Data Extensions (DEs) and ensure correct subscriber data management.
- Automation & Query Testing: Test SQL queries, data filters, and complex automation workflows within Automation Studio.
- Personalization & Content Validation: Validate AMPscript and dynamic content to ensure emails display personalized data correctly.
- Defect Tracking: Identify, document, and track bugs in journeys, emails, and data flows using systems like JIRA.
- Integration Testing: Validate data flow between SFMC and other systems (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud or CRM)
Required Skills and Qualifications
- SFMC Expertise: Strong experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL for data validation and basic knowledge of APIs.
- Testing Experience: Experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies.
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of marketing automation and data segmentation.

4. Develop, Guide, And Mentor Qa Engineers In Utilizing The Testing Framework, Fostering Their Technical Skills And Increasing Overall Productivity.
