Job Summary

The Senior Test Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of telecom network systems through comprehensive test planning and execution. The Senior Test Lead is responsible for guiding QA engineers and implementing best practices that enhance testing methodologies, thereby contributing to the overall success of telecom projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate With Clients And Project Teams To Analyze Functional And Design Specifications, Identifying Performance Concerns And Inconsistencies While Ensuring That The Appropriate Test Environments And Infrastructure Are Maintained And Up To Date.
2. Identify And Implement Opportunities For Process Improvement In Testing Methodologies And Tools, Leveraging Advanced Knowledge To Enhance The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of The End-To-End Telecom Network Testing Process.
3. Oversee The Development And Execution Of Automated Test Scripts Using Tools Such As Selenium And Jmeter, Ensuring They Align With Quality Standards And Minimize Risk Exposure Throughout The Testing Lifecycle.
4. Mentor And Guide Qa Engineers In Utilizing The Testing Framework Effectively, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Productivity Through Targeted Training And Support.

Skill Requirements

1. Advanced Proficiency In End-To-End Telecom Network Testing And Quality Assurance Methodologies.
2. Strong Knowledge Of Automation Testing Tools Such As Selenium, Jmeter, Or Equivalent.
3. Excellent Understanding Of Telecom Protocols And Network Architectures.
4. Demonstrated Ability To Analyze Functional Specifications And Translate Them Into Comprehensive Test Plans.
