Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Game QA Test Lead to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing games across multiple platforms and input methods, with a strong understanding of game mechanics, usability, and player experience.
You will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and tracking defects while ensuring games deliver a high-quality experience before release.
Key Responsibilities

Perform functional, regression, exploratory, compatibility, and usability testing for games.

Test games across Web and Native platforms.

Validate gameplay mechanics, UI/UX, audio, performance, save/load functionality, and multiplayer features (where applicable).

Execute test cases and create comprehensive bug reports with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, videos, and logs.

Verify bug fixes and conduct regression testing for new builds.

Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Identify gameplay inconsistencies and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall player experience.

Ensure compatibility across different browsers, operating systems, devices, and screen resolutions where applicable.

Participate in release readiness activities and maintain high-quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
Skill Requirements

7–10 years of professional experience in Game Testing / Game Quality Assurance/ Leading teams.

Hands-on experience testing Web-based and Native games.

Experience testing games using multiple input methods, including:
* Keyboard & Mouse
* Trackpad
* Game Controllers

Strong understanding of game testing methodologies, defect life cycle, and QA best practices.

Experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Other Requirements

Experience testing games on Xbox and PlayStation 5 (PS5) platforms.

Familiarity with console certification guidelines and platform-specific testing practices.

Experience testing multiplayer, online services, achievements/trophies, and controller compatibility.

Basic understanding of game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine is an added advantage.
