Job Summary

As a Senior Test Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the quality assurance process by developing comprehensive test plans in collaboration with stakeholders. Your expertise in Java and testing methodologies will drive the testing scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Facilitate Functional And Technical Discussions With Clients And Team Members To Comprehend Functional And Design Specifications, Identify Performance Concerns, And Ensure The Test Environments Are Adequately Maintained And Updated.
2. Identify Opportunities For Process Improvement In Testing Methodologies And Tools, Implementing Best Practices To Enhance The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of The Testing Process.
3. Oversee The Creation And Execution Of Automated Test Scripts Using Java And Associated Frameworks, Ensuring Consistency With Quality Standards And Minimizing Exposure To Defects.
4. Mentor And Guide Qa Engineers On The Use Of The Testing Framework, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities In Java Testing And Increasing Overall Team Productivity.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Java, With A Strong Understanding Of Software Testing Principles And Methodologies.
2. Solid Experience In Developing And Executing Automated Test Scripts And Frameworks.
3. Good Knowledge Of Testing Tools And Technologies To Improve Testing Efficiency.
4. Familiarity With Performance Testing And Related Tools Is A Plus.

Other Requirements
