Job Summary

As a Senior Test Lead specializing in L2/L3 Protocol Testing, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of networking solutions. Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate With Clients And Technical Teams To Understand Functional And Design Specifications, Address Performance Concerns, And Ensure That Appropriate Test Environments And Infrastructures For L2/L3 Protocol Testing Are Established And Maintained.
2. Identify And Implement Opportunities For Process Improvements In Testing Methodologies And Tools, Applying Best Practices In L2/L3 Protocol Testing To Enhance Efficiency And Effectiveness.
3. Oversee The Creation And Execution Of Automated Test Scripts Using Networking Testing Tools, Ensuring Alignment With Quality Standards To Minimize Risks And Ensure Comprehensive Test Coverage.
4. Develop And Mentor Qa Engineers In The Application Of The Testing Framework And Methodologies Specific To L2/L3 Protocols, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Improving Overall Team Productivity.
