Job Summary

Performance Engineering ( 5+ yrs ): Jd: Strong hands-on experience in designing and executing performance tests using JMeter. Proficiency in using Dynatrace for end-to-end performance monitoring, distributed tracing, service flow analysis, and root cause identification. Log Analysis & Diagnostics: Experience in analyzing logs and metrics using Splunk, New Relic. Dashboarding & Metrics: Strong experience in creating real-time dashboards and alerts using Grafana and Prometheus for application and infrastructure monitoring. JVM Performance Tuning: Hands-on expertise in Heap Dump and Thread Dump analysis, JVM tuning, garbage collection optimization, and resolving Java-based performance bottlenecks. Resilience Engineering: Exposure to chaos testing and resilience validation using tools like Chaos Mesh to identify failure points and improve reliability. CI/CD Integration: Experience integrating automated performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub actions, enabling continuous performance validation during releases. Architecture & Bottleneck Analysis: Ability to partner with architects and development teams to review system performance issues and recommend design and scalability improvements. Experience working with monitoring platforms such as Dynatrace, Splunk, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Aws and contai

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, design, and execute performance testing strategies for software applications.
2. Develop performance test scripts and scenarios using jmeter and loadrunner.
3. Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and propose solutions for optimization.
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure performance requirements are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
5. Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members involved in performance testing activities.
6. Stay updated on industry best practices and tools related to performance testing.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in performance testing methodologies and tools such as jmeter and loadrunner.
2. Strong experience in creating performance test scripts and scenarios.
3. Good understanding of performance monitoring and tuning techniques.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
