Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate With Project Stakeholders To Develop And Implement Comprehensive Test Plans Utilizing Python And Automated Testing Frameworks, Ensuring Alignment With Functional And Design Specifications.
2. Identify And Analyze Opportunities For Process Improvement In Testing Methodologies Through The Application Of Python Testing Tools, Implementing Best Practices To Enhance Testing Efficiency And Effectiveness.
3. Oversee The Creation And Execution Of Automated Test Scripts Using Python And Relevant Frameworks, Ensuring Consistency With Quality Standards And Minimizing Exposure To Defects.
4. Mentor And Guide Qa Engineers In The Use Of Python Testing Frameworks And Tools, Enhancing Their Technical Skills And Productivity While Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Improvement.
5. Conduct Functional And Technical Discussions To Understand Project Requirements And Performance Concerns, Ensuring The Test Environments And Infrastructure Are Maintained And Updated Effectively.
