Job Summary
1) Perform comprehensive solution testing activities to validate the end-to-end functionality and interoperability of SMF, UPF, and
5G packet core components in cloud and Kubernetes environments.
2) Prepare Testplan and execute test cases for new features across 5G SMF, UPF and cloud platforms with scale and consider
overall solution perspective
3) Conduct regression testing to ensure product stability and performance for planned releases scheduled.
4) Provide support for reproduction and analyze customer-reported issues in lab environments.
5) Create detailed Method of Procedure (MOP) documents for customers to assist in the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of 5G solutions.
Ensure MOPs are clear, concise, and aligned with customer use cases and operational needs.
6) Work closely with development, deployment, and support teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
7) Enhance test frameworks and methodologies to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and accuracy.

Skill Requirements
Skillset:
1) Working experience with Cisco SMF and UPF and CNDP architecture.In-depth understanding of 5G and4G packet core architecture and protocols.
2) Experience in validating Cisco 5G/4G solutions, ensuring functionality, scalability, and interoperability.
3) Hands-on experience with Kubernetes orchestration platforms, containers. Experience with Cisco SMI/CNDP will be an added benefit.
4) Understanding of IP routing, linux OS familiarity with tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, and log analysis for debugging and issue resolution.
5) Proficient in using testing tools like Stargen, LPS, Calipers and DPDK for call model preparations and modifications.
6) Analytical and problem-solving skills for efficient issue resolution.
7) Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support in issue identification and verification.
