Senior Test Lead - Silicon Platform Validation

Job Summary

Senior- Architect-level role responsible for defining automation strategy, frameworks, and infrastructure vision. 

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive framework architecture and CI/CD strategy 

- Lead large-scale validation infrastructure initiatives 

- Provide technical leadership across teams 

- Ensure best practices in automation, security, and deployment 

- Mentor teams and drive engineering excellence 

Skill Requirements

- Expert-level Python (full stack preferred) 

- Strong architectural and design experience 

- Deep expertise in CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker 

- Advanced experience in test automation frameworks 

Other Requirements

Cloud platforms (Azure) 

- Observability tools (Grafana, logging systems) 

- DevOps ecosystem knowledge (Ansible, Artifactory, APIs)
