2. Identify Opportunities For Process Improvement In Testing Methodologies And Tools, Implementing Best Practices To Enhance Efficiency And Effectiveness In Storage System Testing.
3. Oversee The Development And Execution Of Automated Test Scripts For Storage Systems, Ensuring They Align With Quality Standards And Minimize Exposure To Defects.
4. Mentor And Guide Qa Engineers In Utilizing The Testing Framework Effectively For Storage Solutions, Enhancing Their Technical Skills And Improving Overall Productivity.

2. Proficiency In Using Testing Tools And Frameworks Relevant To System Testing For Storage Solutions.
3. In-Depth Knowledge Of Backup And Recovery Processes And Methodologies.
4. Strong Familiarity With Operating Systems Such As Linux And Windows In Relation To Storage System Testing.
Other Requirements
Experienced Manual QA with strong knowledge of storage fundamentals, IO patterns, and performance impact on backup/recovery.Hands-on in SAN administration (FC, iSCSI, NVMe), LUN provisioning, MPIO, and OS-level configuration (Linux/Windows).Good understanding of snapshot, backup strategies, and storage connectivity with troubleshooting capabilities.Familiarity with VMware setup, datastore management, VM deployment, and basic cluster/network configuration.
