Job Summary

The Senior Test Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of 4G Core systems through the development of comprehensive test plans. This position involves collaborating closely with project stakeholders to define testing scope, goals, and deliverables, thereby significantly contributing to the project's success and alignment with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Participate In Functional And Technical Discussions With Clients And Teams To Comprehend Functional And Design Specifications While Highlighting Performance Concerns And Inconsistencies, Ensuring That Appropriate Test Environments And Infrastructures Are Established And Maintained.
2. Identify Opportunities For Process Improvement In Testing Methodologies And Tools, Implementing Best Practices To Enhance The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of The Testing Process.
3. Oversee The Creation And Execution Of Automated Test Scripts Using Tcl, Ensuring Consistency With Quality Standards And Minimizing Exposure To Defects.
4. Develop, Guide, And Mentor Qa Engineers In Utilizing The Testing Framework, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities In Tcl And Increasing Overall Productivity.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Tcl Programming Language And Its Application In Automated Testing.
2. In-Depth Knowledge Of Testing Methodologies And Frameworks.
3. Solid Experience In Developing And Executing Test Plans And Test Cases.
4. Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
