Job Summary

Minimum 7+ years of experience in testing for T24 projects, preferably with Private BankingGood knowledge of Payment, Report, F&T, Ref DataExcellent knowledge of T24 modules for these domainsExcellent knowledge of and exposure to testing of T24 integration, COB testing, Client outputExcellent knowledge of SWIFT message testing, regulatory reportsExpertise in financial accounting for all asset typesExpertise in working on Agile methodologies such as Scrum / Kanban / SAFEGood know how of JAVA and experience in Automation, DevOps is an advantageUnderstanding / Experience of Automation tools (Selenium) and DevOps concepts to drive Automation in projects.Agile planning tools – JIRA, ConfluencePersonal and SocialExcellent communication & Stakeholder management skillsGood work ethicsGood problem-solving abilities.Good team playerSystematic and meticulousAbility to lead teams effectively across locations. 

Key Responsibilities

1. To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client /team to understand functional /design specifications ,highlight performance concerns, inconsistencies ,ensure the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in place/kept upto date.
2. To Identify opportunities for process improvement in testing methodologies /tools and Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
3. To oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts ensuring consistency and alignment with quality standards to minimize exposure.
4. To develop/guide and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework , enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
