Job Summary

The Boeing Company is currently looking for Associate Digital Engineering - PLM position seeking to design, develop and test new computing systems and applications across PLM to facilitate integration of new technologies and the transition from legacy systems to support business requirements. This position reports directly to the Digital Engineering Manager. As a member of PLM team, you will be responsible for the development of system integration strategies and architectures that promote use of common tools and processes.

A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as these positions will focus on working directly with the Manager to deliver Engineering statements of work to meet the organizational goals

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy engineering tools and process architecture across PLM.
• Experience in ENOVIA/ 3DExperience (3DX) PLM in various modules like Change Management, Configuration Management, Variant Management, Engineering Release & Route Management, IP classification, Bookmark editors & Collaborative Lifecycle.
• Use of Enterprise Control, Configuration and Manage Change, Product Change Implementation, Release Authority and Disposition in 3DX.
• Understand Organizational Structure Management, Access Control Management, Export Compliance Classification Management & Compliance Marking.
• Work in Intelligence Apps and Report Generation Tool in 3DX for actionable insights and data science.
• Perform Manual Testing in 3DX able to comprehend and Support Unit and Regression Testing.
• Decompose Test Cases from Use Cases.
• Understand Business need and assist to Develop Solutions/Capability.
• Analyze, test and debug existing and new programs to support the configuration of PLM at the Enterprise level.
• Evaluates customer/operational needs to define, functional requirements and non-functional requirements.
• Frequent use of Application Lifecycle Management Tool. (ADO or Jira).
• Work as a local team of PLM Engineers, provide daily direction of tasks and assignments.
• Provide team activity report to the Engineering Manager/ Integration lead.

Skill Requirements

• Engineering Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical / Aeronautical / Production / Electrical / Computer Science related field or equivalent.
• This position requires 2+ years of demonstrated experience on 3DExperience
• Knowledge and understanding of various workflows, in an end-to-end product development with a system / system-of-systems environment is preferred.
• Experience and familiarity PLM, preferably 3DExperience platform is mandatory
• Functional experience of product development in Aerospace/ Automobile / Locomotive domain is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with the Agile/SAFe Process is an added advantage.
• Strong written, verbal communication with engineers, management, and non-engineering support staff.
