Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to lead quality assurance activities across Salesforce applications. The role will focus on ensuring high-quality delivery of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and FSC-based solutions, with strong hands-on testing and leadership responsibilities.

Experience
- 7+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing
- Minimum 3+ years in Salesforce QA / Test Lead role
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce FSC (Sales + Service Cloud)
Key Responsibilities
1. Test Strategy & Planning
- Define and implement end-to-end testing strategy for Salesforce applications
- Plan and manage:
- Functional testing
- Integration testing
- Regression testing
- UAT support
- Ensure quality coverage across FSC modules and Salesforce ecosystem
2. Salesforce FSC Testing
- Perform testing across:
- Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- Validate:
- Customer data models
- Financial account structures
- Relationship modeling
- Workflows and automation
- Ensure proper testing of business processes aligned to financial services use cases
3. Hands-on QA Execution
- Design and execute:
- Test cases / test scenarios
- Test data preparation
- Perform:
- UI testing (Lightning components)
- API testing (integrations)
- Data validation testing
- Ensure testing coverage across customizations, integrations, and workflows
4. Defect Management & Quality Governance
- Lead defect tracking, triage, and root cause analysis
- Ensure timely defect resolution and quality sign-off
- Monitor quality metrics such as:
- Defect density
- Test coverage
- Execution status
5. Automation & CI/CD Enablement
- Drive test automation initiatives for Salesforce platforms
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitLab / DevOps)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for continuous testing and deployment validation
6. Stakeholder & Team Management
- Lead and mentor QA teams
- Collaborate with:
- Developers
- Product Owners
- Business Analysts
- Ensure clarity on requirements, test coverage, and acceptance criteria
Skill Requirements

- Strong knowledge of:

- Tool expertise:
- Jira, Test management tools
- Experience in:
- Agile/Scrum methodology

- Automation skills:
- Selenium / Provar / Tosca
- API testing using:
- Postman / REST Assured
- Experience with:

Qualifications
