Job Summary

• 7+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance
• Strong experience in data validation using SQL including complex joins, aggregations, and query optimization
• Hands-on expertise in Snowflake data validation, ensuring data accuracy across large-scale datasets
• Proven experience in end-to-end data validation across source → transformation → target layers
• Extensive experience in validating ETL pipelines (Extract, Transform, Load) across multiple environments
• Performs comprehensive data quality checks
• Experience working with Python / PySpark for automated data validation and large-scale data processing
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks or custom scripting to improve QA efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance test design, execution, and overall productivity
• Developing Testing strategy for projects
• Good Knowledge on Requirement Analysis and UAT Authoring
• Ability to guide cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff
• Broad experience in Computer System Validation (CSV) and testing
• Understanding business processes/user stories & translating them to test cases/scenarios
• Good in Problem Solving / Solution mindset

Key Responsibilities

1. To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client /team to understand functional /design specifications ,highlight performance concerns, inconsistencies ,ensure the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in place/kept upto date.
2. To Identify opportunities for process improvement in testing methodologies /tools and Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
3. To oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts ensuring consistency and alignment with quality standards to minimize exposure.
4. To develop/guide and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework , enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
