Job Summary

• 7+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance  / Testing
• Strong Knowledge in Requirement Analysis, User Story Review
• Good Communication skill to coordinate with multiple stake holders including technical team, Business, BA, Developers and Validation lead
• Skilled in providing the testing solutions based on Risk based approach
• Developing Testing strategy for projects
• Understanding business processes/user stories & translating them to test cases/scenarios based on 
• Test Setup and Coordination of Test Execution Dry Run, SIT and UAT
• Coordination of Performance Testing
• Hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models
• Proven experience in end-to-end data validation 
• Adopt Automation Solutions as necessary
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance test design, execution, and overall productivity
• Ability to guide cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff
• Broad experience in GxP / Computer System Validation (CSV) 
• Agile methodology, enabling iterative delivery and early validation through sprint-based releases
• Good in Problem Solving / Solution mindset

Key Responsibilities

1. To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client /team to understand functional /design specifications ,highlight performance concerns, inconsistencies ,ensure the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in place/kept upto date.
2. To Identify opportunities for process improvement in testing methodologies /tools and Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
3. To oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts ensuring consistency and alignment with quality standards to minimize exposure.
4. To develop/guide and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework , enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
