Job Summary

Salesforce QA professional with 8+ years of expertise in testing Salesforce  applications. Specially 3-5 yrs of testing Experience in  Salesforce Revenue Advanced (RCA) and Revenue Cloud Billing (RCB) solutions. Responsible for validating complex quote-to-cash processes, pricing, billing cycles, invoicing, and revenue recognition workflows. Plays a key role in ensuring high-quality releases, minimizing production defects, and supporting end-to-end Revenue Cloud implementations.1. Revenue Cloud Advanced (CPQ) TestingValidate end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle:Product selection and configuration rulesPricing, discounting, and approvalsQuote generation and contractingTest CPQ components:Product bundles & attributesPrice rules, product rules, discount schedulesGuided selling flowsVerify contract creation, amendments, renewals, and asset-based orders.2. Revenue Cloud Billing (RCB) TestingTest billing processes including:Invoice generation (one-time & recurring)Usage-based billing scenariosBilling schedules and milestonesValidate:  Tax calculationsCredit/debit memosPayments and adjustmentsRevenue recognition processesEnsure accuracy between Salesforce, ERP systems, and financial data.

Key Responsibilities

1. To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client /team to understand functional /design specifications ,highlight performance concerns, inconsistencies ,ensure the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in place/kept upto date.
2. To Identify opportunities for process improvement in testing methodologies /tools and Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
3. To oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts ensuring consistency and alignment with quality standards to minimize exposure.
4. To develop/guide and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework , enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
