Job Summary

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing within the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Squish automation tool and solid Python scripting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
•    Understand product, system, and software requirements, along with associated development and testing processes
•    Design and develop test scripts, test protocols, and test cases for both manual and automated testing
Required Skills & Experience
•    3–10 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing, preferably in the Healthcare domain
•    Preferred: 2–3 years of hands-on experience with the Squish automation tool
•    Strong Python scripting skills
•    Proven ability to analyze requirements and define effective test scenarios and test cases
•    Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams

Key Responsibilities

1. To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client /team to understand functional /design specifications ,highlight performance concerns, inconsistencies ,ensure the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in place/kept upto date.
2. To Identify opportunities for process improvement in testing methodologies /tools and Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
3. To oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts ensuring consistency and alignment with quality standards to minimize exposure.
4. To develop/guide and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework , enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
