Job Summary

Education and Experience :

BE/B.Tech (Mechanical Background preferred)

10-12 Years of experience in PLM and 8-10 years in 3DExperience

Key Responsibilities : 

• Test Strategy & Planning: Establish Validation & Verification (V&V) strategies for platform requirements. Link virtual simulation outcomes to the project execution plan within the Test Manager role.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Design and execute functional, unit, integration, and regression tests for 3DX ENOVIA - BOM Management, Change Management, Project Management.
• Defect Management: Identify, debug, and document functional bugs. Escalate technical architecture issues and troubleshoot system configurations.
• Traceability: Maintain a continuous digital thread by validating deliverables against initial organizational constraints.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support implementation teams by running UAT workshops and drafting documentation for business stakeholders

Core Requirements & Skills

• Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE platform apps (Change Management, BOM, Engineering Release, ENOVIA data models). 
• Testing Methodologies: Proficiency in decomposing use cases into test scenarios, utilizing tracking tools like Jira or ADO.
• Technical Proficiencies: Familiarity with data migration strategies, Enterprise integration around 3DEXPERIENCE Platform & end to end testing strategies for 3DEXPERIENCE upgrade, migration, integration and functional

Soft Skills:

• Proactive Nature: Work proactively with client and internal team to get technical / functional discussions closed. 
• Documentation and Training Material: Prepare technical and functional documentation for internal team and for client teams 

 

Key Responsibilities

1. To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client /team to understand functional /design specifications ,highlight performance concerns, inconsistencies ,ensure the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in place/kept upto date.
2. To Identify opportunities for process improvement in testing methodologies /tools and Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
3. To oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts ensuring consistency and alignment with quality standards to minimize exposure.
4. To develop/guide and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework , enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
