Senior Test Lead

Job Summary

Senior V&V automation lead responsible for V&V strategy, V&V Execution (Manual and Automation) for a medical device (CT/MR) involving hybrid architecture(Cloud UI, Cloud backend, and Device side components)

Key Responsibilities

  • System verification and validation plan with prioritized scenarios and environment matrix
  • Automation harness for repeatable integration tests
  • Lead the test case creation, test execution, test planning, traceability, and test run reporting.
  • Top failure modes documented with reproduction steps and triage workflow

Skill Requirements

  • 7 plus years of experience in verification and validation.
  • Solid automation background (Playwright) to contribute individually
  • Must work from JF Site minimum 3 days a week.
  • Hand-on automation experience with Playwright with Typescript on device side.
  • Hand-on automation experience with Playwright with Typescript on Cloud side.

Other Requirements

  • Experience in automating real-time streaming/media systems
  • Experience with USB peripherals, capture devices, or IO-heavy systems
  • Familiarity with CI-integrated test automation and test reporting
  • Exposure to performance profiling and NFR testing
  • Hand-on automation experience with Playwright with Typescript on UI side.

Screening Checklist (for Vendor / Recruiter)

  • Evidence of building complex automation with Playright, not just executing manual test cases
  • Comfortable collaborating with developers and proposing design-for-test improvements
  • Understands network variability testing and can explain simulation approaches
