Supply Chain Test Engineer / Lead
Technical Expertise
- Bring 8+ years of hands-on testing expertise across one or more supply chain domains: Customer Service/CX (Salesforce Cloud), Manufacturing (MES), PLM (Teamcenter/Agile/SAP), Order Management (O2C/I2R/RMA), or Master Data Management (PDH).
- Bring 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and/or related enterprise platforms.
- Leverage 5+ years of SQL proficiency to validate data integrity, support complex test scenarios, and analyze large datasets alongside Excel/Sheets.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with Product Data Hub (PDH), Bill of Materials (BOMs), Items, and commercial product record structures.
- Partner with Capability Architects to define and own test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases leading to QA sign-off.
- Drive end-to-end supply chain integration testing with third-party partners across applicable modules.
- Demonstrate proficiency with performance/API testing tools (ReadyAPI, Postman, SOAP UI, JMeter, or equivalent); design load tests, establish baselines, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable tuning recommendations.
- Analyze non-functional requirements to evaluate SLA objectives, define performance parameters, and prepare comprehensive load/performance reports.
- Understand and validate XML files and dashboard architectures to support data integrity in integration scenarios.
- Debug and resolve issues through systematic analysis of system logs, execution artifacts, and sub-system relationships.
- Execute test cases with rigor; document all results and maintain execution records with precision.
- Possess a solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Communication, Ownership & Mindset
- Serve as the subject matter expert for business validations within assigned workstreams, owning quality outcomes end-to-end.
- Communicate testing progress, risks, and statuses to both technical and business stakeholders with clarity and urgency.
- Articulate issues, impacts, and support needs effectively across internal and external teams.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, thoroughness, and quality in every deliverable; operate proactively with minimal supervision.
- Innovate and propose solutions that elevate productivity, processes, and overall QA effectiveness.
