Job Summary

RedHat/Openshift Validation 

Key Responsibilities

  •  
  • Execute installation, integration, validation, and upgrade testing of Telecom OEM products in cloud-native environments.
  • Perform functional, system, regression, and interoperability testing for 4G/5G Core, IMS, and Packet Core network functions.
  • Debug and troubleshoot OpenShift cluster, pod, container, networking, storage, and application issues in lab and customer environments.
  • Investigate and resolve field-reported issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and support customer escalations.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts/frameworks using Python, Shell, Ansible, or similar technologies.
  • Automate deployment, test execution, log collection, validation, and reporting activities through CI/CD pipelines.
  • Analyze logs, traces, packet captures, and metrics using tools such as Wireshark, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, and OpenShift CLI.
  • Collaborate with development, product engineering, and operations teams to validate new features and ensure solution quality.

Skill Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in OpenShift/Kubernetes administration, deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of telecom CNFs/VNFs.
  •  

Other Requirements

  • Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, containerization, telecom protocols, and 4G/5G network functions.
