Senior Test Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Tester with strong knowledge of Epic Professional Billing (PB) and/or Hospital Billing (HB) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating Epic revenue cycle workflows, ensuring application quality, executing end-to-end testing, and collaborating with business, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing support for Epic Resolute PB/HB applications.
  • Validate revenue cycle workflows including:
    • Patient registration and charge capture
    • Coding and billing
    • Claims processing
    • Payment posting
    • Denials and collections
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing across Epic and integrated applications/interfaces (HL7, FHIR, X12, clearinghouses, third-party systems).
  • Perform defect triage, root cause analysis, retesting, and defect closure validation.
  • Coordinate with Epic analysts, business users, product owners, developers, and SMEs during testing cycles.
  • Support test data preparation and test environment validation.
  • Create test metrics, status reports, and testing documentation.

Skill Requirements

  • 12+ years of software testing experience.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience testing Epic Resolute PB and/or HB.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management processes.
  • Experience in:
    • SIT, UAT, Regression Testing
    • End-to-End Testing
    • Defect Management Lifecycle
    • Test Planning and Execution
  • Familiarity with Epic workflows and integrated healthcare applications.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Maximum Salary (US):  160000
Minimum Salary (US):  109,000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
