Job Summary

Room Temperature Rack Technician / Engineering Technician 

Hands-on technician role responsible for the assembly, installation, and maintenance of electronics racks, instrumentation, RF hardware, cabling, and laboratory test systems. Support equipment integration, troubleshooting, lab operations, and hardware bring-up while ensuring safe working practices, high-quality cable management, and configuration control. Collaborate with engineering teams to build reliable test infrastructure, perform basic hardware and network debugging, and maintain detailed documentation. Ideal for candidates with experience in electronics labs, mechanical/electrical assembly, instrumentation, and test equipment support.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
