Senior Test Specialist - DO 178B

Job Summary

The Senior Test Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of embedded software through the design, execution, and optimization of testing strategies in accordance with DO 178B standards. This position involves mentoring team members, advocating for best practices, and driving improvements in testing methodologies to align with the organization’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1Strong Understanding Of DO 178C Standards And Their Application In Embedded Software Testing. Experience in DAL-A Verification

2 Experience in System Verification

3. Proficiency In Functional Testing Methodologies And Practices.  Experience In Developing Automated Test Scripts And Maintaining Test Case Suites

4.Experience in Structural Coverage Analysis (SCA) using LDRA or Vectorcast or similar tools

5. Experience with Quantitative analysis (Object code analysis in particular)

6.Experience working on aircraft GNSS or CNS (Communication, Navigation and surveillance) systems would be highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
