Job Summary

The Senior Test Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing the quality assurance process by designing, executing, and optimizing testing strategies. This position involves mentoring junior team members and advocating for best practices throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design And Implement Comprehensive Test Plans For Complex Features And Modules, Leveraging Python For Automation And Enhancing Testing Efficiency.
2. Utilize Automation Frameworks Such As Selenium And Pytest To Increase Test Efficiency; Proactively Advocate For Timely Fixes And Quality Assurance Best Practices Across Projects.
3. Identify, Reproduce, And Document Software Defects Using Python-Based Tools, Ensuring Adherence To Established Testing Procedures And Quality Standards.
4. Proactively Partner With Developers To Analyze, Prioritize, And Verify Defect Resolutions; Actively Participate In Test Reviews To Drive Continuous Improvement And Share Best Practices.
5. Stay Up-To-Date With The Latest Trends In Testing Technologies, Contribute To The Creation And Maintenance Of Test Automation Frameworks And Libraries, And Implement Innovative Testing Approaches To Address Evolving Software Complexities.

Skill Requirements

1. Expert Proficiency In Python Programming And Test Automation Frameworks.
2. Strong Understanding Of 5G, 4Glte, And 3G Testing Methodologies.
3. In-Depth Knowledge Of Testing Tools Such As Selenium And Pytest.
4. Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
5. Strong Communication And Mentoring Abilities.

Other Requirements

1. Optional Certifications: Istqb Advanced Level Test Analyst Or Equivalent.
