Job Summary

The Senior Test Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of BIOS systems through the design, execution, and optimization of comprehensive testing strategies. This position involves mentoring junior team members and advocating for best practices throughout the development lifecycle, ultimately contributing to high-performance and robust BIOS products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design And Implement Comprehensive Test Plans For Complex Bios Features And Modules, Utilizing Advanced Testing Techniques And Methodologies To Ensure Thorough Validation.
2. Leverage Automation Tools Such As Python And Robot Framework To Enhance Test Efficiency, While Proactively Advocating For Timely Fixes And Adherence To Quality Assurance Best Practices In Bios Validation.
3. Identify, Reproduce, And Document Software Defects In Bios Systems, Following Established Procedures To Ensure Accurate Reporting And Tracking Of Issues.
4. Collaborate Proactively With Developers To Analyze, Prioritize, And Verify Defect Resolutions, While Actively Participating In Test Reviews To Promote Continuous Improvement And Sharing Of Best Practices Within The Team.
5. Stay Up-To-Date With The Latest Trends In Testing Technologies, Contributing To The Creation And Maintenance Of Test Automation Frameworks And Libraries, And Implementing Innovative Testing Approaches To Address The Evolving Complexities Of Bios Software.
