Senior Test Specialist - C#, Selenium, Python

Job Summary

The Senior Test Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automation scripts using c#,selenium,python. They will collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure quality assurance processes are integrated throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement automation scripts for testing using c#,selenium,python.
2. Collaborate with software developers and project teams to identify test requirements.
3. Execute test cases and analyze results to ensure software quality.
4. Identify and report bugs and errors to development teams.
5. Participate in troubleshooting and defect resolution processes.
6. Contribute to test automation frameworks and strategies.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in c# programming language for test automation.
2. Strong experience with selenium for automated testing.
3. Knowledge of python for scripting and test automation.
4. Familiarity with software testing methodologies and best practices.
5. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Strong communication and documentation skills.

Other Requirements

1.ISTQB certification is preferred.
Maximum Salary (US):  192000
Minimum Salary (US):  95000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
