Job Summary

The Senior Test Specialist will be responsible for leading and executing testing activities using Testing Tools and Test Automation (EMB), Selenium, and Java. The primary role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through the implementation of effective testing strategies and automation techniques.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts using testing tools and test automation (emb), selenium, and java.
2. Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects, bugs, and performance issues.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure a comprehensive test coverage and timely delivery of high-quality software products.
4. Troubleshoot and analyze test results, providing feedback to the development team for necessary improvements.
5. Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks and tools to optimize testing processes.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in testing tools and test automation (emb) for test planning and execution.
2. Strong experience with selenium for automated testing of web applications.
3. Expertise in java programming language to develop test scripts and automation frameworks.
4. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
6. Good communication skills to collaborate with different stakeholders and report on testing progress.

Other Requirements

1.ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or Advanced Level (CTAL) certification is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
