Job Summary

The Senior Test Specialist in Network Security is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive testing strategies with a focus on network security within cloud environments. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and security of systems and applications by leading testing efforts, mentoring junior team members, and advocating for best practices across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design And Implement Robust Test Plans For Complex Network Security Features And Modules, Ensuring Comprehensive Coverage And Integrity Of Security Protocols.
2. Utilize Automation Tools Such As Selenium And Junit To Enhance Test Efficiency In Network Security Testing, While Advocating For Timely Fixes And Implementing Quality Assurance Best Practices Throughout The Development Process.
3. Identify, Reproduce, And Document Software Defects Related To Network Security Vulnerabilities According To Established Procedures, Ensuring All Findings Are Detailed And Actionable.
4. Partner Proactively With Developers To Analyze, Prioritize, And Verify Defect Resolutions, While Actively Participating In Test Reviews To Promote Continuous Improvement And Sharing Of Best Practices Within The Team.
5. Stay Current With The Latest Trends In Network Security Testing Technologies, Contribute To The Creation And Maintenance Of Test Automation Frameworks, And Implement Innovative Testing Strategies To Tackle Evolving Software Complexities Effectively.

1. Expert Knowledge In Network Security Protocols And Testing Methodologies.
2. Proficient In Automation Tools And Frameworks Such As Selenium And Junit.

Minimum Salary (US):  137,000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
