Job Summary

The Senior Test Specialist will be responsible for conducting performance testing using tools like JMeter and LoadRunner to ensure the system meets the required performance criteria. The main objective is to identify performance issues, analyze root causes, and provide recommendations for optimization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop performance test plans and scripts based on the project requirements.
2. Execute performance tests using jmeter and loadrunner to simulate various load conditions.
3. Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
4. Generate performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement performance tuning solutions.
6. Stay updated on industry best practices and tools related to performance testing.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in performance testing concepts and methodologies.
2. Extensive experience in using jmeter and loadrunner for performance testing.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify performance bottlenecks.
4. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.
5. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in performance testing tools like JMeter and LoadRunner are a plus.
