Key Responsibilities

Key ResponsibilitiesLead debugging and troubleshooting of complex server, hardware, firmware, BIOS, BMC, and platform-level issues.Analyze system logs, telemetry, diagnostics, and performance data to identify issues and support root-cause analysis.Drive production/fleet incidents through investigation, mitigation, and technical closure.Coordinate firmware/platform validation, qualification, deployment, and release-management activities.Work with engineering and stakeholder teams to manage technical dependencies, escalations, and production readiness.Develop or enhance scripts/tools to improve diagnostics, analysis, validation, and operational efficiency.Provide technical leadership and support effective resolution of cross-functional platform issues.

Preferred SkillsCloud/server infrastructure validation experienceKusto/KQL or similar telemetry-analysis technologiesAzure DevOps and CI/CDPerformance and reliability analysisC#/.NET or similar programming experienceNetworking fundamentalsAI-assisted engineering/debugging tools
