Senior Tester - Android, iOS

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mobile App Tester to support testing of applications across iOS and Android platforms. The role involves validating functionality, identifying defects, and ensuring high-quality releases, especially for applications integrated with physical products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform functional and regression testing on mobile applications (iOS & Android).
  • Test applications connected to physical devices/products and validate end-to-end scenarios.
  • Design and execute test cases based on requirements.
  • Identify, log, track, and verify defects using bug tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure timely defect resolution.
  • Validate builds across multiple devices, OS versions, and environments.

Skill Requirements

  • Proven experience in mobile application testing (iOS & Android), preferably with hardware/physical product integration.
  • Strong knowledge of testing concepts (functional, regression, compatibility).
  • Familiarity with app distribution platforms and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Experience in test case design, execution, and defect reporting.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.

Other Requirements

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Agile methodology.
  • Experience with device connectivity features (Bluetooth, sensors, etc.).
