Senior Tester Automotive HiL Testing

Job Summary

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled System Test Engineer with experience in HIL-based testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and validating system-level tests using HIL /SIL setups, ensuring high-quality deliverables in defined Test Environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute system-level test cases using HIL test benches/ SIL Test environment
  • Validate ECU/software functionality against specifications in real-time scenarios and maintain the quality artifacts
  • Identify, report, and track defects found during testing.
  • Analyze test results and share feedback to Tech lead / Test-PR’s.
  • Develop and Execute Test automation Scripts in defined Test Environment.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and automotive standards.

 

Skill Requirements

Mandatory Skill :

•    Strong knowledge of HIL testing methodologies and ECU TEST tools (e.g., ETAS, CAN, ECU TEST).
•    Hands-on experience in ECU testing, system-level testing, and diagnostics.
•    Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet).

  • Working experience in Brakes domain.
