Job Summary

RF Testing Services
A. Perform RF System Testing on devices for design verification and system validation, including controlled (conducted and radiated) test environment tests for 1) RF performance, 2) interference, 3) noise floor (RSSI), 4) coexistence (multiple-radios), 5) throughput, etc.

B. Perform Radiated/Conducted TRP/TIS/aGPS Testing, in signaling or non-signaling mode, using test chambers, including but not limited to, R&S Anechoic chamber; BlueTest Chamber; GTS chamber, etc. Use call boxes including, but not limited to, R&S, Agilent, Anritsu, etc. Use internally developed tools to run on-device testing.

C. Collect data from test systems and transfer data to spreadsheets or databases. Analyze and prepare test results using spreadsheets and Python scripts to generate reports.

D. Setup RF test equipment to perform validation, verification, and debugging tasks. Maintain the test equipment and handle lab equipment calibration. Maintain lab space, tools, and the materials of a hardware R&D lab.

E. Perform hardware rework and mockup for RF tests.

Key Responsibilities

1. To create & review the Test Cases from the Functional Specifications / Software Requirement Specification document.
2. To test the Functionality as per the Test plan and respective Test Cases..
3. To contributes while test plans are developed as per the work assigned.
4. To track test coverage, defect density, other relevant metrics, and publish progress reports.
5. To coordinate with team (for discussions) and interact with client (for updates).

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
