Senior Tester

Job Summary

  • 5+ years of experience in software validation and automation
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python programming and scripting.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with functional and regression testing.
  • Good understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub or similar source-control systems.

Experience with SSD/HDD, NVMe, SATA, SAS, or storage technologies

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience in storage validation, firmware validation, or hardware/software integration testing.
  • Knowledge of AI/GenAI tools, AI-assisted development, test-case generation, debugging, or automation.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Skill Requirements

  • Good understanding of Linux/Windows environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
