Job Summary
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on lithography tools (scanners, steppers,
tracks) and associated inspection/metrology systems, following OEM and client procedures.
• Support corrective maintenance: troubleshoot faults at module and board level, replace parts,
and run post-maintenance qualifications to return tools to production.
• Carry out calibrations, alignments and performance checks, and record results against tool
specifications.
• Respond to tool-down calls within shift SLAs and escalate to senior FSEs or OEM support when
needed.
• Log all work accurately in the client's CMMS/ticketing system, including parts used, downtime
and root cause.
• Assist with tool installations, upgrades, retrofits and de-installations.
• Monitor spare-parts usage and flag consumables and critical spares for replenishment.
• Follow cleanroom protocols, lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) and EHS requirements (SEMI S2/S8 aware)
at all times.
• Contribute to uptime, MTBF and MTTR improvement through shift handovers, issue tracking
and lessons learned.
• Work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and on-call, in line with fab operating needs.
