Job Summary

Role – Validation Technician Senior – 4 E1.2 Folsom, CA

Key Responsibilities

Education & Experience

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Engineering Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

4+ years of experience supporting validation labs, hardware deployment, platform integration, technical logistics, or related operations.

Skill Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Strong experience with hardware assembly, upgrades, and platform integration.
  • Proficiency in BIOS, firmware, operating system installation, and system configuration.
  • Experience supporting Windows and Linux environments.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and asset tracking processes.
  • Experience with defect management systems including Jira, Bugzilla, IPS, HSD-ES, or Zendesk.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
